I have created a database of points and polylines in ArcMap. When I export these to a KMZ file then open the file in Google Earth everything looks and works correctly except for one thing. When I mouse over the icons, they "jump" like they are selectable but when clicked on they do nothing. I confirmed that the data is coming correctly in the drawing because when I click on the point name in the places column, the balloon opens correctly.

The kicker of this whole thing is that using the same process, everything worked perfectly about 6 months ago, then Google Earth and ArcMap both had updates that I installed. After these updates were installed, this new problem began.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I hope I'm posting this in the correct place.

Other than that you may have to contact ESRI technical support.
